This charmer -- currently for sale -- can be found in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC -- it even has a a Metro station close by. Pentagon, Reagan National Airport, Downtown DC, parks, trails, a huge shopping mall -- all can be reached within minutes.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a great family room addition in the back. It's listed by Aaron Seekford of Arlington Realty for $750,000 and will be open this Sunday, July 1st, from 1-3 pm. Hi Caterina, a quaint home. It is a good return on the original price of $1,698.00 It looks

like Sears did a big business selling "kit homes" in your area.

Have a great day.

Hi Irene,

yes -- it's amazing. And in most cases, the owners/sellers/buyers and even the agents have no idea! I doubt that that those houses would be the best fit for the Florida climate, but I', not sure.

And of course, you'd have a great return on any house from the 1920s that's still in great shape :-) .
